Eight additional early voting locations open Wednesday, Oct. 21, in Hamilton County, expanding access ahead of the Nov. 3 general election, according to a Hamilton County news release reported by WTHR.
The new sites are in Carmel, Fishers and Westfield. They join the two Noblesville locations — the Hamilton County Judicial Center and the Hamilton County Fairgrounds — that opened Oct. 6. Additional sites in Sheridan and Cicero are scheduled to open Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Hamilton County Clerk Kathy Kreag Williams said early voting gives residents more flexibility to cast a ballot on a schedule that works for them, with weekday, evening and Saturday hours available at locations across the county.
Any registered Hamilton County voter may vote early in person, with no application or reason required. Voters should bring an acceptable photo ID and can check their registration and ballot at IndianaVoters.in.gov or by calling the county voter registration office.
