Fort Wayne's three holiday light attractions will be sold together this season under a new Fort Wayne Light Fest Combo Ticket, unveiled Tuesday by Visit Fort Wayne, the Fort Wayne Zoo, the Fort Wayne TinCaps and Blue Jacket.
The ticket covers admission to Blue Jacket's Fantasy of Lights drive-through display, the Fort Wayne Zoo's Wild Lights walk-through event and the Holiday Lights event at Parkview Field. Organizers say it is the only way to get any-day admission to both Wild Lights and Parkview Field's Holiday Lights.
Visit Fort Wayne president and CEO Jill Boggs said the bundle is meant to make it easier for residents and visitors to see several of the city's seasonal attractions in one trip. Zoo executive director Rick Schuiteman noted Wild Lights is returning for its second season, while Parkview Field's Holiday Lights is entering its third year.
Blue Jacket's Fantasy of Lights will also add a Holiday Market this year in partnership with YLNI. Combo tickets went on sale Tuesday at FortWayneLightFest.org, and organizers are encouraging families to buy early.
